GENERALÂ INFORMATION
- We only ship out plants Mondays and Tuesdays, to avoid the plants sitting in mail office for the weekend. ( Some express shipping or next day air shipping may send out Wednesdays.)
- We will try our best to ship our you plant as soon as possible. Ordered after Monday 2pm may ship out a week after.
- Express shipping is highly recommended which will lower the possible shipping stress of the plant.
-A heating pad and insulator are requested for any place that will get lower than 55 F. The heating pad will only last up to 72 hours. You can purchase them separately.

-Plant(s) do not like travel, but we will pack our plants in the best possible way to reduce any harm to them. Before shipping, we will evaluate if the plant(s) is ready to travel: we will make sure the roots are strong and healthy enough, and the whole plant(s) has no disease or insect pest.
-It is normal for plants to loose old leaf when it is growing. Because we are taking care of thousands of plants in our greenhouse. We may not able to updated photo frequently, but you will get updated photo before shipping.
-It is very unlikely, but if we determine the plant is not ready to ship, we will let you know immediately. And we will offer you a full refund or a replacement plant if possible. We will try our best to make you happy. If you still want that plant, we can make a special order for you when the plant is ready. Please Let us know.
-All the plants will be shipped bare roots with slightly moist moss. Updated pictures of the plant will send to you before the shipping.
The tracking number will be provided via Etsy.

-Once the package is out of our hands, we really have no control, which means you have responsibility to check the shipment process. Please contact the carrier directly for all inquiries regarding the status of the shipment.
-You do have the risk with the plant(s) arrived of browning leaves, yellowing leaves, bent stems/leaves and rot on the leaves/stem/growth bud/aerial roots. Those are common issues of shipping stress. However, do not panic if those conditions happen. Please contact us as soon as you receive the plant(s), so we can help you to deal with those shipping stress.
-You do have the risk of package arrival delay, damage, or loss. If you have experience with that, it is your own responsibility to file a claim with the carrier, we will help provide any evidence if needed.

-Every environment is different, and it will affect the growth condition of the plant(s). We can’t guarantee you our method is the best way to treat the plant(s) in your home and you have your own responsibility to do some research about how to treat them properly in different situations.
-Most of the time, just give them some time. (every plant has its own character, even with the same treatment, the different plant has a different result.)

-We guarantee you will receive a live plant. In case of the plant(s) die with the intact box of the package, shot us an unboxing video within 6 hours of the package being delivered, and you will get a replacement. The intact condition will consider the box has not experienced the following accidents: soaking, folding, opening before arrival, squishing, or breakage by any outer forces.
All in all, contact us if you have any problems when you open your box.

- We have no control and are not responsible to any delay or damaging of the package. It is buyer’s responsibility to file a claim with the carrier. Please take detail pictures of the damaged package and plant(s). After you open a claim with the carrier, and we can help out to provide evidences from our side. However, if the plant is damaged under normal shipping conditions, please send us an unbox video (better) or pictures within 6 hours the package delivered.Â
