That’s why this guide exists: to walk through the process with care, step by step.

Before opening the box, please take a moment to check for any signs of shipping damage. Gently rotate the package like shown in the photo to inspect all sides.

Make sure the shipping label matches your name and address to confirm this is your package.


Our boxes are reinforced to withstand normal handling, so minor scuffs or dents won’t affect the plant inside. However, severe deformation or tearing could indicate mishandling or rough transport, which may cause plant damage. Please document any signs of this before unboxing.

Find the tear strip — no scissors needed.

Our boxes are custom-designed with a built-in tear strip. Simply locate the notch and pull gently and evenly along the line — no box cutter or scissors required.

As you open the box, you’ll also be greeted with a small congratulatory message inside. Your rare plant journey officially begins now!

As you lift the box lid, you’ll find our unboxing guide and contact information placed right where you can’t miss them. Keep them for reference — they’ll help you troubleshoot, care, and connect.

Locate your invoice & care index card.

Start by checking the edges of the box — you’ll find your invoice and our plant care index card tucked neatly along the side.

Open the invoice and double-check your name and order details to ensure everything matches. Once confirmed, set it aside for future reference.

Carefully take out all the protective fillers and support materials first — these are there to keep your plants safe during transit.

Once the box is cleared, you can gently remove the plants and place them to the side for the next step.

Make sure the box is completely empty before discarding it — sometimes small cuttings or care cards may be tucked deep inside.

Match each plant to the invoice.

Now that all plants are out of the box, take your invoice and carefully match the plant codes written on each package with the items listed.

Each plant is labeled with a unique code to help ensure you’ve received exactly what you ordered.

If anything doesn’t match, please contact us immediately.
